There were so many things wrong with my stay… - Room smelt like smoke - Toilet stopped flushing (found out I wasn’t the only one with toilet issues) - Anti-Slip strips on bottom of tub belong outside on cement. Extremely rough for behinds and children! - Bathroom faucet never wiped down - Continental Breakfast advertised is a lunch sack that I couldn’t eat (restricted diet) and I was looking forward to protein options - Walls are very thin! I can hear people walking around above me and I can hear the room 3 doors down - No extra pillows “All of our extra pillows are being washed” (had to use a cushion from the couch to prop up head) - Tv stuck on picture description (closed captioning) VERY ANNOYING! - Shower curtain way too small for the tub. Every shower I had water going under the door no matter how much I tried to keep it closed.

I recently had a small house fire and needed a place for me and my cat to stay while my home was being repaired. I tried an Airbnb but found it to be unsafe due to animal activity in the walls and flickering lights. I was so happy to find a room at La Quinta Inn & Suites. I felt safe the moment I got there. All of the staff, including front desk, housekeeping and maintenance, were friendly, kind and helpful. When I needed anything they were very responsive. My room was clean and the shower had good water pressure with plenty of very hot water. The bed was comfortable and all the linens in the room were clean. I never saw any bugs anywhere in the building. It was quiet and peaceful with a view of a wooded area across from the building. Thanks to all of you for making a difficult time a lot easier!

The staff is kind and tries their best but this hotel is in need of a major overhaul. The rooms are run down from the worn out carpet to the bathrooms tiles being stained and cracked. They have bypassed the AC control where it turns off every few minutes leaving you with listening to your neighbors and the highway traffic. Both Ice machines are broken, pool is closed and I believe they are the last hotel in Florida still not serving breakfast "due to Covid". They charge full price of a quality La Quinta and give you the quality of a basic/budget Wyndham hotel. Please remodel this hotel or change to a Budget inn.

Beds are clean and super comfortable, check in staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is run down and old, but you can tell they try very hard to keep up appearances. It was quiet, and the room was cheap. If you're just looking for a quick and affordable place to rest up before moving on, this is a decent choice. Area is a little sketchy but there are restaurants and shops close by. Glory Days across the street is an awesome spot with good food too.
