Clean room, Bed very comfortable! Well lit parking lot. Close to restaurants and stores. Close to Tampa Advent hospital which is why we stayed. They offered a discount for anyone staying due to a hospital visit. We will be back!

Sat my food down and ended up with roaches in it. The room smelled bad, carpet, shower, and bathroom was dirty. Toe nails on the carpet. The Room smelled musty and the a.c. barely worked. I had it on 65 and felt like 76. This place has gone down. They should lose the right to be considered a choice hotel. I am a rewards member and this is quite disgusting. I will never come back.

Great price, Michelle ,front desk is excellent. Had a little issue with housekeeping not making my bed two days in a row. Two double bed. One not made.. Lol. Manager for housekeeping came and made my bed after I told Michelle. Free breakfast is included. Great customer service.

I made a reservation for March 11-13th 2022. I called the hotel and informed one of the hotel staff members that I wouldn't actually be arriving until very early Saturday morning (March 12th). That was understood by myself and the staff member. I traveled from Maryland to Florida and arrived at approximately 7 AM Saturday, March 12th. I was informed by the receptionist, that my room was charged as a no-show and the reservation was canceled. I was told they could squeeze my significant other and I in another room but that it wasn't ready. The staff would call us once it was cleaned and ready for us. Approximately 4 hours later I return to the hotel and the hotel staff member I spoke with on the phone days earlier is at the front desk (he was actually the Manager). He remembered our conversation and mentions there was a mistake with me being marked as a no-show. He got us into a room shortly after our conversation. Later that night around 8 PM, I found a roach in our room, I called the front desk and they claimed there was nothing they could do (no available rooms), and to talk with the Manager in the morning. The next morning during check out, I mention there being a roach in my room and was disregarded. Unpleasant experience, will not return. Don't remember the receptionist's name, but the Manager's name is Neil or Neal.
