A MoDOT rest area from the 1950’s. MooDOT refuses to modernize them, saying why when we have have private travel centers. Even if thee rest areas are the most visited place in their state.

Didn't use facilities. Simply sat in front parking lot for a rest before getting back on the road. I opened the windows to let some air in and ended up with several flies in my vehicle! I wasn't even parked in a wooded area. Find somewhere else to stop. I do not recommend the Concordia Rest Area.

Great place to stop from long drive Huge parking spot around, there are around 3 different spot for the car surrounding the restroom. The building looks nice and bit unique from the outside. inside looks pretty new, and huge yard outside. Clean and organized, and they have shady picnic area. lots of big tree around, its great when summer time, feel the wind breezing on shadow place

Great place to take a break while traveling, however I'm currently sitting here and it seems the lights here aren't working so it's SCARY DARK right now
