Really bad attitude from all involved Could tell no one wanted to be there. After complaining to manager she didn’t have any thing to do or say to rectify the problem. Never will I stop at a TA truck stop again This was at Concordia Missouri one star is as low as you can go. Or I would put a minus in front.

I don't know why I waste my time even thinking about using TA/Petro shops. There's either hours of wait time, not someone available that's qualified to do whatever basic thing you need or like the case today zero staff. Can't get workers? Probably don't pay enough, which you should be able to do with dealer level shop rates.

Full service restaurant CLOSED, Subway CLOSED, Roller grill or ready foods or salads, non existent! Come on TA there has to be some accountability. Nothing to eat for truckers at 8 pm. This is absurd what are truckers not the reason your doors are Even open? I have been a loyal customer, only place I fuel or stop while out on the road for years. Now it’s a long shot if I stop if I’ll be able to eat. TA isnt for the truckers anymore. Your loosing a customer
