Nice location, there is no front desk service and no housekeeping. The hallways floor needed vacuuming. No morning coffee,the room was nice, but the shower had mold on the ceiling in the shower. Need a partial refund. Wouldn't return.

The room was sufficient for my extended stay. However, you have to pay extra if you want maid service and for pots and pans, silverware, etc. I had a first floor room and I heard the noises of people walking in the room above me and noises from the two rooms to my right and left. I found that probably the best room would be on the top floor at the end so you're not dealing with all the noise and activity. This is a dog friendly hotel and I was awakened each day by a dog barking at around 6:30 a.m. 🙁

May 2nd I booked this hotel through booking.com for me & my babies for his bday We noticed the doors were locked I called the hotel no answer booking contacted them as well no answer 2 weeks later still didn’t receive a call , called the hotel spoke to the general manager Ricky explained the situation he was suppose to be returning my call after checking the camera but didn’t after speaking with him today it’s very clear he didn’t care to refund the money back he said he was a no show , which makes no sense if I couldn’t get access to entering the lobby. I never had a experience with any hotel and we travel a lot through out the year & this by far was the worst!

This hotel is a joke. It doesnt matter what time u arrive no one is at the front desk, they literally do whatever they want. Obviously no one follow any protocols because different employees tell u different things. The rooms are up to date but are definitely not thoroughly cleaned, everyone half a** their job at this hotel. Tiny curly black hairs are on the sheets, towels/rags & bathroom! They also wanted to charge me an extra $25 to wash my sheets
