I use to travel to Tampa often for work. I'm not sure how I found this place. I think I was just looking for the best price in the area, on a short notice. I never expected a place this nice for the price. I have never paid such a low cost and received such high value at a hotel. The property had obviously been renovated and revamped from a previous chain hotel, but I don't think I've ever seen a renovation of this sort so tastefully done. The rooms have been converted into very relaxing resort spa-like living space. Bamboo vibe is very cool. Breakfast was surprisingly quality, with quality flatware and cloth napkins. Bravo to the staff for such a top-shelf restyle to the place. It's been at least four years since I was there last, but If I'm Tampa anytime soon, I already know where I'm staying.

The hotel was awful, when we got to our room it had not been cleaned and looked like it had been lived in. Tried going to the front desk and they closed for the night. When going to try and get a different room in the morning wasn’t able to do so so we checked out early. Wouldn’t give us a refund for remaining days so we ended up having to get a chargeback through our credit card company. DO Not Stay Here!!!

Run down hotel. No closets, no closet rod to hang some items, no end tables/night stands, hot water had issues, sink faucets/shower all had low pressure. No furniture except for 2 chairs (like for school). This was a handicap room but most of the grap bars were loose and wobbly. I will never stay there again. Horrible!!!!

The hotel location was good because stores and restaurants are just walking distance but the hotel itself was a bit boring to me. The long hallways had no wall decorations, there were no landscaping around the hotel and the front desks weren't as welcoming as they should be. 3 stars because the room was nice - AC worked all night.
