Because if you truly called and complained even 5 times it becomes escalated in their system and the DC managers would receive emails so they can tell the delivery person. Simply request your delivery to be a special delivery request to the porch and it will get changed in the computer. I wouldn't blame the delivery person if customer service isnt making them aware of the problem. They are hardly idiots.
