Hello James, Monday thru Friday they have till 6am, Saturday is 7am and Sunday is 8am. If you don't get a paper you call the customer service number and report it. They will sometimes re-deliver it. Accidents happen, I'm sure it wasn't intentional or that it would happen often. The contractors don't get paid much and it cost about 6 to 9 papers (depending on day and pay) to make up for one complaint. Hope this helps!
