Why can't I get my paper beforehand today I didn't even get.when I get it it after 8am.useless. you should have never posted on line editions...

Yes 365 days a year you come get your papers around 1 to 3 and deliver them by 7 am and 8 am on sundays

Hello James, Monday thru Friday they have till 6am, Saturday is 7am and Sunday is 8am. If you don't get a paper you call the customer service number and report it. They will sometimes re-deliver it. Accidents happen, I'm sure it wasn't intentional or that it would happen often. The contractors don't get paid much and it cost about 6 to 9 papers (depending on day and pay) to make up for one complaint. Hope this helps!

Have you called the Times customer service? Because if you truly called and complained even 5 times it becomes escalated in their system and the DC managers would receive emails so they can tell the delivery person. Simply request your delivery to be a special delivery request to the porch and it will get changed in the computer. I wouldn't blame the delivery person if customer service isnt making them aware of the problem. They are hardly idiots. It's not so easy delivering hundreds of papers in all weather conditions, no days off to customers that sometimes cannot be pleased no matter what

As a carrier i know the papers arrived to the distribution center later than normal, if you dont get it soon i would call the customer service line, and just fyi i wouldnt put your address on here😎
