If you can jump you can do it, but at least 1

There is an area specifically for small kids. I took my kids at 2 and a half and they loved it

I have seen mothers with 6 month old babies come and just kind of sit with them as others are jumping around them. They have specific Toddler Time and it's on their website and you can always call as well.
