Im vary unhappy with bare bones furniture i ordered a blue couch and got a ugly light grey . They also told me the right one would be here in may it is now June and still do not have the right couch that I paid for.I would not recommend anyone to buy

I have never had good luck with Bare Bones. Their delivery guys scraped my bedroom wall with my new mattress set. It was wallpaper and very hard to repair. An expensive leather sofa tore across the front after a year of use. They use bait and switch in their advertising, never have the item that is listed in the flyer. I do not shop there anymore.

We haven't had any problem with them. We ordered a bedroom set and the nightstand was damaged. They did provide a new one but it did take a while to get to us.
