It's a small scale store; they don't have the staffing dedicated to updating prices every time they change. If you want Amazon-style web service, there's certainly enough of those companies that exist. If you want the benefit of a staff that can actually help you and answer your questions, you may just have to put in a little effort and drive to a store full of staff that are there for you.

I have never had good luck with Bare Bones. Their delivery guys scraped my bedroom wall with my new mattress set. It was wallpaper and very hard to repair. An expensive leather sofa tore across the front after a year of use. They use bait and switch in their advertising, never have the item that is listed in the flyer. I do not shop there anymore.
