Great place to stop for a quick break, gas fill-up, or to get a bite to eat. Keep in mind though that prices are inflated because it's a stop in the middle of the highway, just expect to pay 3 dollars for a bottle of soda and 10 dollars for a burger. Restrooms are clean and the whole facility itself is kept up to high standards

Staff at fort drum service plaza kept the areas sanitized and clean. With a bathroom monitor making sure that everything is top-notch! The eateries easy to be in the line with very little wait time. So whenever you're traveling in Florida use the turnpike! And if you're coming from either direction North or South stop by the fort drum service plaza, you won't be disappointed.

The customer service and this place is at a negative zero nobody here cares about customers nobody here cares about the way they talk to you no one here cares about the service their coffee station was disgusting with everything there and no coffee no cups and also no sign that there was no coffee this place does not have anybody who is courteous and who gives a s*** about whether you are tired whether you still have a long drive whether it's your first time here this is the worst place to stop at in between that person is ridiculously disrespectful and neglectful if his job. He should be fired.

4 and a half stars for this service plaza. I would have given it a 5 but they really made it difficult to get to the petrol station. Plaza is clean. Bathrooms are well maintained. Good selection of fast food restaurants inside. Mini mart and gift shop available. Brochures for different attractions displayed andddd its pet friendly!

How long was it left unattended. Did you park were you are suppose to park? There is designated parking.
Go to the Florida Turnpike page and look up the service plazas. There is a list
No dump station, I drove around entire service plaza. I asked 6 employees and a trucker. No one knew what I was talking about.
Maybe call the number associated with the service plaza. Sorry that happened.
Yes, I think it's 24 hs open
It's hard to find good reliable help cuz they don't want to pay people what's they're worth
Sorry but both times I was there they were clean & in order. Maybe new employee? 🤷♀️ not sure.
I have not seen that there
The best suggestion I have is that you call the Fort Drum Service Area as they usually have a place for lost items. If your phone has tracking ability, that might help you as well.
Does somebody has it?
Its in the middle of both sides, get in the left lane. All signs are posted one mile before each plaza
by the airport is the terminal as well as the train terminal, specifically next to the rent a car
It's about an hour and 25 minuted from Lake Worth
I think the restaurants start closing at 8:00 PM. Wendy's stays open a bit later, but then longer lines form. Best to stop earlier rather than later and you'll have more selection.
The service plazas were closed for the hurricane. It is possible that it might still be closed.
Unsure due to the hurricane, may not have power, a lot of people in that area has no power
It is 115.7 miles from Leesburg. Traveling at a rate of 3 miles per hour, it will take you 38 hours and 34 minutes.
