Stopped here to use the restroom. It was not clean. Theresa's actually a used feminine hygiene product on the floor. I told staff on the way out and thy were like thanks.🤷‍♀️

I only fuel at TA and Petro because that’s our fuel program. I’m loading in Okeechobee and decided I’d get a shower here. I paid the $12 and walked in shower 3. Nice, clean, beautiful but then it went downhill from there. I guess TA/Petro spoils us. Pilot only gives 1 towel, 1 floor mat and 1 wash cloth. I know they are clean but the towels are so faded they look dirty. TA Petro gives 2 towels, 1 floor mat, 1 face towel and 1 wash cloth. I am a woman with long hair that needs the extra towel for my hair, the floor mat isn’t big enough to wrap around my hair. But the design of the room itself is messed up. Notice the puddle in front of the sink and seat? Sit down to put your socks and shoes on carefully. Also be careful because the floor is slippery when wet. Stand in a puddle of water while brushing your teeth. This is just dumb. I’m use to a hair dryer in every shower since TA/Petro provides them so I quit carrying one. No need to carry extra stuff if it’s not needed. This Pilot has no hair dryer. Now I’ll be walking out to my truck looking like a drowned cat with my wet hair hanging and it’s a chilly day outside. What a disappointment. I feel sorry for people who have to fuel and shower at this pilot and any Pilot that doesn’t concern themselves with drivers comfort. It’s such a nice clean facility but lacks finishing touches. When you pinch pennies it shows. Will I be back? Yes because I load every week about 10 miles away. Would I recommend this place? Only for bare minimums but not for a shower. Just having a subway to eat at is sad too.

Clean store. Nice and new. Plenty of parking in off peak hours. Great atmosphere and beautiful scenery. Bathrooms are very clean and there was no wait for a shower. Plenty of hot food items as well as a full service Subway and Dunkin Donuts self service case and coffee machines. They also have a beer cave.
