We left Kansa City and stopped to get gas when our bus broke down. The staff was very accommodating and did everything they could do to help us out and take care of us. While myself and another person went with the bus to the mechanic shop, TA let the other 5 members of are party wait in the lounge. Most place would of not have been this friendly and or accommodating so this is why I gave them a 5 star! Thank you for your Hospitality!

Excellent facility! Great employees, fully stocked, much to choose from. Specialty pickles, cheeses, sausage… clothing, big variety to pick from. Spotless showers, laundromat, drivers lounge and a great Popeye’s Chicken!

When we pulled up to the pumps I got out of our tractor I could smell something electrical burning I walked around the pump next to my side of the tractor the pump on the opposite side had the pump handle laying on the ground with a trail of fuel from the tractor to the pump I walked to the other side and noticed that that pump was that way as well there was smoke coming from the passenger side tank area another person a driver noticed it as well he ran inside to tell them three different times they did not listen to him I went in with him the fourth time after we noticed flames starting and I told them they believed me and ran out others got fire extinguishers and my boyfriend and another man put it out before the fire department showed up they found the driver in the shower area and he acted like it wasn't a big deal. It makes me extremely angry that they just blew the driver off if it wasn't for this guy, me , my boyfriend and another drivers quick thinking this could of ended very badly with a lot of people possibly hurt...we are all human and don't deserve to be treated the way this man was! I am just glad we were all there at the right time! Thankfully the driver pointed out to me that it was a electrical fire. I wish I would of gotten his name, he was the hero!!

Really nice TA! Clean showers and restrooms, friendly staff at coffee shop and also at Truck Service! I needed stay there for a few hours for truck repair and I really enjoyed the Driver Lounge!

That's true, we all need to band together and boycott ta and Petro as a whole since they're going to be making 85% of their parking spots pay to park. Now that we have to be at eld's we're not going to be able to find anywhere to park and they know this so they're trying to get every dime they can out of us.
Yes I understand that. I've mostly bought headsets at truck stops, but plantronics is normally from $99 - $119. Not $181!
TA says that they have a contract to repair the Amazon trailers so that's why they're dropped on their lots.
