Roy Bass does guided fishing excursions and bird watching outings, I'm not sure of anyone who rents boats without captains if that's what your looking for
Yes, you can rent a boat and go out alone from what I remember. You will want to call ahead.
Yes you can camp for free, lots of fishing spots, quiet and relaxing.
They do, but if its a busy day , they'll run out, either call ahead or get there early
If youre speaking of those three cabins that are actually out in the water, i think they were being redone last time i was there, probably suffered some damage from Hurricane Irma. Best bet is to call them directly, just look up Middleton Fish Camp
