Had labs done tech states 3-4 days for results well todays day 9 no results today either. Spoke with 3 different employees and got three different answers on how long for results, I’m questioning the lack of knowledge from this lab. Will be finding new blood lab.Had to reschedule my infusion b/c of this! Not convenient at all.

If I could give zero I would on the er nurse. Should not be in this profession at all.Had a family emergency comes out sry miss can't tell you if there alive or dead can't give any info.not let me get you a social worker.the attitude on her disgusting.thankfully someone told me to ask for a social worker.Social worker was able to help me find out.thankfully because all was not good.so if I wasn't allowed to know any info then why was the social worker able to help me after a few questions why could the nurse not do the same thing.because the er nurse is only interested in collecting a paycheck and her attitude reflects it & clearly shows it.happened on 8/12/22 around 3pm

Hospital must be paying big bucks to removes everyones reviews... Should be a 1 star easy... They got mine removed so I'm adding it back... As of 6/7/22 this is the worst hospital I know of... People today where walking out by the dozens due to long wait times... Many hours before being seen. A women in the Waiting room said she needs to lay down because she was going to pass out... They said you will be OK your in a wheelchair... Horrible. Almost impossible to believe. How bad they treat people in the ER and how long people with serious conditions have to wait. There are no other hospitals near for us... And they put all of our local hospitals (Cambridge, Granville) out of business... So it's their fault they are so buzzy they should have made their building bigger or made more centers if they where going to monopolize the area 😡... Wish I could give them a negative review. All my opinion... Hope I still have freedom of speech... Seems like big cooperations have been trying to silence me lately.

Could see me for 6hours while dealing with a split open eye a few months ago. Also made my elderly mother with a possible severe neck injury wait for more than 9 hours. They don't give a f about you at all. Thank God we have Saratoga hospital just on the other side of the county line
