Is the service automatic or do you have to sign up each month?

They have open shopping on Wednesday or you can get a online orders through the website

Hi Richard - it depends on what service you are referring to; if you make an appointment for FTB's on-site grocery store (the Publix Community Market) an appointment will be required every month, but if you visit our food pantry partners, cafes, or mobile distributions, you can stop by without an appointment.
