This place is a joke. I came here to get some empanadas and figured I would get a tres leches aswell. I left got all the way home and realized my tres leches wasn’t in the bag. They charged me for it but didn’t give me the item I paid for. Then when I called to let them know they didn’t give me the tres leches she got mad at me because I didn’t speak Spanish and kept hanging up the phone on me. I got my dad to call so he can speak to her in Spanish and she kept answering and hanging up on him aswell. Very poor customer service. The empanadas were freezing cold, this place is horrible. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Disgusting! I have no idea how people buy food here, walked in the store, and see no employees wear gloves or hairnet. I saw an employee drop food out, pick up (with bare hands) and put back in the tray like nothing ever happen. Absolutely disgusting! I'm warning everyone I know about this

El Loco has great food at a great price. Bought a huge breakfast (Los 3 Golpes - Mangu, sausauge, eggs. onions) the other day. Delicious!

I have always been a fan.Fresh meat, International groceries and delicious hot food to go. They have had my business for years. Funnily enough it was not until they messed up my order that they won my heart. They fixed their mistake and were so sweet about it. Sara is a long time employee and an absolute gem of a human being. I will always recommend this place.
