I believe it is i dont think its just a retailer. I will agree with robert i had one bad experience there but next time i went (a few days later to get everything situated) i had a different guy and he hooked me up! I apologize in advance i dont remember his name but i think it just depends who you have. They were all really nice though. Dont go to the one on starkey by publix that one is trash this is definitely a better verizon store all together in my opinion.

I do not think so. I am not an authority on that. I can tell you one thing I will not do business there ever again.
