Store hours are 10am until 8pm Why are they open 5 min late, question #1 Question #3, I get it, you guys are busy and short handed, but that is not the customers fault and question #3, I think it's great if you know how to multitask, unfortunately letting one customer wait while taking care of another is not multitasking. It is considered very rude and a horrible customer service. You don't multitask if you still only do one thing at the time. I wasted almost 45 min for NOTHING. One lesson confirmed, bigger is definitely NOT better !!

Great customer service. Get your phone in store not online. I made a mistake buying my s22 online and with a trade in of my s10. I'm not happy with the s22 as the battery life is horrible. I spent half my day at the store trying to get a better phone with better battery life like the s22 + they were not able to put ny promotions on so I was told to call and do it. I spent hours on phone just to be told to pay a down-payment of almost 500 when I am supposed to only pay taxes. I hung up angry and received a call back from sprint tmobile telling me to go to the store and I can get the s22 + exchanged for just taxes since I'll be turning in my s22 then . I'm so worn out and disappointed in all this that I'm just sure that I'll have a problem and waste my time again if I go back so please just take my story as a caution to not buy online because it's faster and easier just go in to store 🙃.

These 4 people(customer service) at Tyrone and 38th went above and beyond getting my service transferred from Metro to TMobile. Metro was rude, unhelpful and unprofessional to T Mobile staff. They remained professional, non confrontational, were knowledgeable and empathetic to me the consumer.

My story is from 3 years ago but does have a current update I Came to the Tyrone Sprint store for some help with a technical issue. The sales person helping me get my phone to a phone to the technician in the back exclaimed that I have been a Sprint customer for almost 20 years and and that I had earned a number of free gifts as a reward ! Wow. Cool. He gave me 5 or 6 items including 2 free phones that I did not ask for and that I attempted to not take. Isisting that the the 2 phones were Free, I aquiesed. 2 months later all of these items appeared on our bill for a total of $500. After a year of struggle and finally reaching a...... T-Mobile Senior customer service person ......the charges were finally eliminated and refunded. A year of no help from the store or Sprint Cust Service. Lots of cuddos wnd appreciation to T Mobil for rescuing me. Now for the current update date. My good friend friend went to T-Mobile at the Tyrone location location last week and was treated horribly along with indifferently for a total of 7, count them, 7 hours ! As soon as the Tyrone taff ascertained that she was not going to buy a new phone but insisted on having her phone fixed, there was a sudden and thundering indifference plus a rude ignoring of her and her problem. She left the store and received for her 7 hours ...... 0 consideration, 0 assistance, and 0 solution to her phone's problem. She wound up at the 4th street Verizon store in Saint Petersburg and had a dizzyingly different and plain old wonderful Customer Service experience. Given her 7 hour punishment and my one year struggle, I am going to the The Verizon store to get the info from my failed S21 ultra to my replacement S21 Ultra.....even though I am T Mobil customer and will have to pay for the service. Imagine. I am eager to.pay to not have to ho into the Tyrone SPRINT/ T Mobil store. BTWay......watch for the response to this from the Tyrone store mgt or owner that always starts off with........"this is not the kind of experience we want our Tyrone customers to have." Scheeeesh. For years, this mgt response occurs on Google reviews and still the Tyrone location remains,as I've heard said, " a den of thieves." As the kids like to say… I'm just sayin'.

The only thing I have noticed is since that store, which is a corporate store, switched to t-mobile they dont answer the phone as much. I called them for 3 days straight and never got anyone to answer. Finally had to drive there to get my issue resolved. Funny thing was I called from the parking lot and didnt get an an answer and when I went inside there was only a few customers there so who knows what is going on
If you have insurance on the device we can assist you in filing a claim for the device. We do not fix tablets in store though. Hope this answers your question.
Darling, I do not work there I only gave a report/review of the store. I do not believe they're open today. You can give them a call. If they are open they do take appointments. Hope you have a beautiful day.
