I visited the store this morning with the hope of getting some help working out a self inflicted mechanical glitch with my Iphone, I negligently dropped my phone in the wet sand at the beach the night before. I didn't know what to expect when I arrived at the store as far as what type of attention I would get for help as opposed to hard selling of products. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the professionalism and effort displayed by Kristen, she was toughing out a foot injury like a trooper and diligently attempted to solve my problem. My phone is now working again just like before it decided to lay supine on the golden sands of Madeira Beach. I will continue to walk the Beach enjoying Dennis Prager and Jordan Peterson's podcasts, however for now on I will leave my phone secured in my pocket.

I went to the store frantic because I broke my device. The sales rep Ron went above and beyond to ensure my phone was replaced . This was my business phone and hindered clients and employees to contact me. My world shut down. I am very thankful, because if I called the call center or went to any other store. My phone would still not be working. The employee Ron has 8 years experience, has was patient and understanding. Highly recommend

The rep was very knowledgeable,checked my phone,found nothing wrong.Said the reason I wasn't getting any phone calls coming in was because of a problem with Verizon technically.No incoming phone call for 4 days now.problem still not fixed.So?? Wait?? Humm?? problem solved??you decide!

I wanted to upgrade my phone and tablet. Steve was wonderful to work with. He explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. He worked very hard at trying to find any promos or deals that would apply. Very happy with him and Verizon.
