They were very helpful with the problem I had. Evan though I wound up having to get a new phone because mine was not 5G it didn't work on the network anymore. They gave me a new case, screen protector, and memory card.

I bought a cricket phone 10 days ago with the upsell of a case, top of the line screen protector and headphones. Yesterday the phone fell 2' out of my pocket onto carpeted surface and the screen protector that the owner of the 10 cricket stores in the area put on my phone came off in the fall and would not stick back on. I went to see the owner, Kevin, and expained that to him thinking he would stand behind his products, because that should not happen, and he refused to do anything, stating it was user error!! I've never received such horrible service and felt like such a criminal from a retail establishment. I never write reviews bad or good, but this type of horrible horrible customer service has pushed my button. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY, HE IS NOT A GOOD BUSINESS MAN.
