This is not an ideal location for someone with a walker. You have to go inside the building, out the other side and walk around the edge of the property to wait for your car and then walk over when the are is ready. There would be a lot of walking for someone with a walker.
It works well for my daughter. It is all accessible. No stairs. So, yes it works well.
