Yes. CUCC is a welcoming and affirming congregation. There are many LGBTQ individuals who participate in all aspects of the church as well as Another Voice which is a group specifically for LGBTQ individuals and allies.
Hello Joe! It looks like a few of our church members have already done a wonderful job of answering your questions, but we figured we would pop in on the discussion, too! We openly embrace anyone who walks through our doors--regardless of sexual orientation! Our church has many members that belong to the LGBTQ+ community! As Bryan mentioned, we have two services every Sunday. The 8:15 am service is in Kingman Chapel and is a smaller/shorter version of the main 10:00 am service in the Sanctuary. It just depends on if you prefer a more intimate atmosphere (8:15) or a full service with our choir and more extensive music (10:00)! We hope to see you soon!
The 10 am service is the larger one, more people, more fun... the 8:15am service is smaller and more intimate... both are excellent
I will be there. Is there a specific service I should go to?
