I been a resident at Claremont villas senior apartments for 4 years. I really like it here, peacefull and a clean environment. Management always helpful and never had a problem with them, people that have problems are the ones that don't follow the rules like smoking when there not supposed to or beeing loud after hours. I love it here.

How much is the rent for one bedroom
I do not know who the owners are however I do know that there are people who are using their section eight housing to live here. Claremont Villas coed
