I was there in February and the entire north side of the lake was densely populated with tents. I have to say, their little tent community looked surprisingly clean and fairly organized. We didn't walk around the entire park but the east side had several vendors set up selling handmade crafts and various treasures. It was a cool experience although I don't know if there's any spots I'd want to have a picnic. Hope the info helps. 😁
it was fenced up the last time I saw the park, it won't be long when young kids and children run n play by the lake
Sorry to say..since the removed the tent city..the entire park is under construction and repair for un indefinitely so sorry..it is blocked off totally
