At echo park i dont no? But ther is a park in van nuys on woodly were they fly air plaines exit the 405 freeway on victory turn right go down to woodly turn left it will be on your right side passing the golf course people fly plaines there
I went to fly a drone today and it was awesome guys. No one told me nothing everything and everyone there seems calm and humble doing their own things. Just make sure if someone fly a drone dont do it were their are alot of people and fly 150 feet high and up.
