Actually, a warrant for Failure to Appear will be issued! You can go to the Main Jail windows, and an Officer will come out & issue a "Cite & Release" to her, giving her a new Court Date! People can call & ask if they have a "Warrant"! If so, & you are picked up on it, you will also pick up that charge! Obviously, if you have any " violence " charges, you may not be shown as much leniency!
