How do I fix a failure to appear . I've already gotten a cite n release but I got this court date mixed up with another one and accidentally didn't show. I'm scared and don't know what to do.

I am going to presume it was a misdemeanor case - go to the misdemeanor window and tell them you missed your hearing. They will help you clear it up.

You don't say what it's for? When you are cited & released at the time, they will issue the Failure to Appear (warrant) which, in most cases...requires an appearance! Once you appear, the warrant is dropped & you are usually, given another cite & release from the issuing agency! If they pick you up on it, you will receive the extra charge! You won't have to remember the court date! They will!!
