Code enforcement has done nothing to solve this problem at 210 Decatur, we called 6 no ago when there was 1 trailer , called again at 2, called again at 3 now there’s 4 and the trash is piled high, theft is high,homeless high. Fix this problem. Overall rating 0.025 of a star and that’s only because someone answered the phone.

I live at 163 zero zero Black Hawk and field several Landlord violations late August 2020 and to be Honest it was like playing phone tag and couldn’t get inside building to talk to anyone personally do to Covid that made it much worse Finally they drove by and I waved them down

You have to go into the office to make a complaint
You may talk to your neighbor directly, make it seem like you're trying to help them. Because if they find out you called they might be upset and feel betrayed. They might even think you are conspiring the report up so you can make money working with a Realtor trying to get them to move in a scheme.and they could sue for harassment. Or do what you want it's your life and your safety is IMPORTANT. It is. Once you say something to the neighbors though trying that route... if they ever get caught for unsafe yard they might think it's you reporting them. So I dunno what to do...and when there is a problem it's always the same person in the family that has to take care of it. Maybe they are swamped.
