A Qr7 form is received by an individual already approved to receive State benefits (i.e., Calfresh, Medical, or General Relief). A pre-determined monthly date is set to receive benefits. Completing and returning the Qr7 is mandatory for the continuation to receive State resources.
No! When you put in your quarterly it's to ensure you get you're money on your pick up day, however! If you work the program you'll get a job if you want one I wouldn't plan on writing out a grocery list the night before you're pick up day?it may not be there
