I think if you go after 6 p.m. it's free but you would still have to pay for parking unless you're riding the bus over or you're taking the water taxi then you would not have to pay to park you could also give them a phone call or Google them hope this helps

As I recall, in the evening, is free except for parking. But if you get your parking ticket validated at one venue (e.g. The bar), then parking is free.

We went in october and the parking was $40 because of Halloween

Check Google for ticket around $14. But expect long line. We bought ticket at Costco for $79.99 good for two and it is Fast Pass. You will enjoy Queen Mary Dark Harbor so much!!!
