I was not in the water. However I see kids and adults swim there. Lot of ducks and swans swim around you too. To be safe you should not. The recreatio barricaded the area you could swim. So lot of people in small area.
I believe so. Lots of parents let there kids swim in it. I have not been in it.
Looks dirty. But you can swim in it. So dont think that it could be a bad dirty. Mainly dirt getting kicked up
