If zero stars were an option I would select that. In the begining, AIS as a company, will treat you as one of their one, which will encourage anyone to go beyond their scope of duties to prove themselves worthy. However, once you start raising your concerns to upper management about their illegal malpractice, OSHA violations as well as some California Labor Law violations, they will immediately change their attitude towards you. Ultimately, their actions will cause you to feel unwanted, unappreciated and over all make you unsatisfied with your career path within the company. They will over work you, treat you unfairly and question your ability to hold the position you're in. You will ultimately have no other choice but to leave the hostile environment they set for you and never look back. As far as a being a security guard for AIS, your succes will rely on those who are meant to mentor you as well as to guide you on the correct path. So, as long as your regional manager along with a solid professional supervisory staff whose intentions are to make you succeed, acknowledge your hardwork and conduct themselves professional towards you at all times, you will find working for AIS satisfactory. Dispatch/scheduling department are somewhat lenient and will place you on a schedule you prefer.
