Yes, I saw several babies (pre-toddlers) in strollers, I would imagine some caution with exhibits with flashing lights if there are any sensitivities, but nothing that a banket over the stroller can remedy....I remember the days 😉

From a walking and "seeing" perspective, you won't have any problem, there's ample space for bringing along a stroll without interfering with anyone in the surroundings.

Yes, any age group as its mostly walking and seeing/experiencing. Lots of room to maneuver strollers, and plenty of restrooms and changing stations also. Family friendly for sure.
