Is every first Tuesday is free admission? What about this May 2nd?

I used my ebt card and me and my family of 6 were able to go in right when they opened.

As of Fall/Winter 2021-22, the museum is closed on Tuesday.

NHMLAC Museums are currently CLOSED Tuesdays (NHMLA, La Brea Tar Pits), however L.A. Residents are free every day we're open 3pm - 5pm daily.

I know for Los Angeles residents it's free from 3-5pm ... But not sure about Tuesdays.. If you call you might get the answer on the recording.
