I have been the many times but have never seen any pet inside the restaurant. Your best bet would be to call and ask them

I once squeezed by someone and their great dane. I pretty sure they're allowed. I would still recommend calling them to confirm their policies. Also, as a veterinary technician, I should recommend to make sure your dog is one that can handle and be controlled in an open, public area. Also, it's really hot right now, so I wouldn't recommend it either.
Not sure, I assume so, the isn't much of a patio section, just a couple of tables outside the door.
