Villas of Pasadena is one of the best residential community living experience one can find in Pasadena with all range of amenities one requires in a residential facility. The management and staff is always very helpful and caring. Bianey and Christy are the best. This place is perfect for families, students, couples or if you're new to Pasadena.

The Villas of Pasadena is very nice apartment complex. I feels very safe. There has been a lot of updates to the community. But what is most special to us the updates made to the apartment interior. Nice floors, countertops, kitchen appliances, shower heads, etc. Heated pool outside next to a 24 hour luandry facility. Tandem parking in the garage below and that feels safe as well. So far everyone has been friendly, especially staff.

This is a great apartment complex that is well-kept with nice amenities. It is in a great location that is safe, clean, and quiet. The units are renovated and spacious. My only issue is the walls of the bedrooms are thin and so are the doors so you can hear everything in the common area, but at least the bedrooms are separated on either side of the unit.

My roommates and I were searching for apartments for weeks before we actually took a look a look at Villas of Pasadena. We were pretty stressed during the whole situation and then when I called up the leasing manager, Christy for a last minute viewing- she was able to take us immediately in to view what was available and EVEN decided to show us an upcoming available apartment and where it would be since we didn't have our lease end for another 3 weeks or so. After comparing pricing and the neighborhood safety, we decided to go with Villas of Pasadena... We've been living here for about 2 months and it's been pretty amazing. We have a wide balcony view that gives us a bit of privacy at the same time. They are also VERY pet friendly which was a huge dealbreaker since we have a furry family member. I need to tell you about the maintenance team, especially Bianey. She is truly one of the BEST people I've ever had the opportunity to be in contact with during this whole moving transition and adjustment period. She was quick, prompt and professional. She truly cares about the residents here and always makes sure that we are doing well. Bianey and team, you are really amazing and I thank you for taking such good care of us! Villas of Pasadena is now our official home.
