Went there for a windshield replacement and they were supposed to send me before and after pictures to ensure there was no other damage and they sent me pictures of another car that was not mine. When I picked up my car I realized they had broken one of my speakers and did not say anything about it. When I called them to let them know they claimed they would need to check cameras to double check what happened. Days later they call and say they don’t know if it was them that broke it but offered to replace the broken piece and fix it. They kept denying they were the one that broke the part when they clearly know they did and tried to play around it. They said they would need a couple days for the part to come in and once it did we tried to go in to get the issue fixed and they refused to take us and claimed we need to make an appointment. We made an appointment for the repair for damages they caused and we showed up and they tried to say they didn’t have nothing for us and they would not be able to take us in even though we had the appointment. They kept saying it would take 2-4 hours for the repair and I had to remind them that they confirmed the appointment and they were trying to send me away once again to avoid fixing the issues they originally caused. They were very rude and upset even though it was their own fault because they did damage on my car. Then they said whatever and took my car and fixed it and threw the broken pieces of the speaker they broke on the floor of my car and we’re scattered all over. I have never been to a place that treats clients this way even after I we respectfully told them that this was something they originally did by damaging my car I’m the first place. It was my first time visiting them for my windshield replacement and will definitely be the last after the treatment and damaged they made to my car. We could have escalated issue to be bigger and we could have made a much bigger scene but choose not too because it’s a simple mistake that can happen anywhere but the fact that they reduced to provide the pictures to show proof and video and denied that they broke it originally was very ridiculous on their part. They knew they messed up and they were angry about it because it caused them their own money. Next time be honest about your mistakes and maybe you wouldn’t have lost a customer. Worst experience ever.
