Is the layout of the upstairs theater the same as the downstairs theater with couches, tables, etc..?

Similar, upstairs is smaller. Also, most the seats are closer to th screen, it might actually be a better layout.

Yup, the only difference is in the size. The upstairs is a little smaller than downstairs.
