If a naturalized American citizen originally born in Colombia has renounced the Colombian nationality at the moment of becoming American Citizen (Oath), why does Colombian consider him/her still a Colombian citizen?

Isn't that against the oath you gave when you became American citizen? When you promised to renounce to all alligances to all kingdoms, principates, etc?
