Depending on which bus U take, there are buses that also park across the street & in front of the main building, I've only ridden the once, from this S. J. Terminus so don't know
You can park in front of building. The Bus pulls up to back of building..people will enter the building from the bus and will exit out of Bldg on 18th Street.
