Just dirty broken vending machines the most disgusting bathrooms that should be considered condemned and the workers there were yelling and herding people like cattle it felt like we were being lined up for the slaughter house i will never again in my life ride a greyhound bus not even for 5 minutes all the staff there at the oakland terminal need to be fired they are rude and disrespectful

Greeting most of the workers isn’t a pleasant experience. It was awkwardly painful to St Luis RUDE Asking , or begging to have an update on departure is torturous. Maybe, Amtrak would be better ? I myself was afraid to say hi or a good morning to the workers. Mean spirited & very rude team work I guess. The unhoused people waking around & the police were more helpful & very much so extremely pleasant, they actually treat you better.

Info needs to be updated. Station soors open to public at 6:30 am not 5am as posted via maps or 6am as stated by Greyhound corporate. Guard didn't care about my info to her. Buyer beware...If you come at 5 sharp, you can freeze to death outside.

This Greyhound Bus Station could be cleaner. Staff and management provide professional services. Staff is friendly and helpful when providing service to customers for ticketing and processing incoming and outgoing passengers. Kudos to staff and management for achieving professional level service as a continuum.

Yes there is. I believe its twice a day. Oakland to Reno. Fares depend on time of day, but usually no more than $60.
ONLY if your going to places like, Ukiah, Garberville, Eureka, Willits, Santa Rosa, San Rafael, Rio Dell, etc..OR if your going to San Jose, Gilroy, Coalinga and Los Angeles. But that's it.
8:35am departure arrival @ 5:30pm 11:30am departure arrival @ 9:55pm Be safe and mask up. There is no social distancing on board buses, some people do not wear mask, and those folks seems to be the ones who are openly coughing. Be extremely aware! If you can travel by air then do so; to spend six and something odd hours in a covid19 rolling incubator - you must need to get there. Safe travels!
As long as there are passengers waiting for rides and that is in the main terminal. All others, they close if there are no passengers.
Please check their website.
Check the website, the price is based on when you purchase the ticket and the particular time you choose. You should also consider purchasing online, since it's less expensive.

Your ticket is only good for when it says, if your late due to a bus they will reissue a ticket, if you miss a bus they may reissue a ticket, but waiting several days or longer they wont even consider reissuing you a ticket

And the prices vary from $ 28 dollars to 34 and finally the time and day depend and I recommend you online it's cheaper .. thanks
Depending on which bus U take, there are buses that also park across the street & in front of the main building, I've only ridden the once, from this S. J. Terminus so don't know
Not sure what time the desk clerks are available, but you have the option to purchase tickets online or by calling the 800 number and speaking to a live representative.
It depends how many people on board
