Not that I'm aware of. Autism spectrum children differ greatly so the best thing to do is talk directly with your airline and call SFO directly and explain your individual child's needs. They do have play areas. But some autistic children have trouble and very busy and Ironmans. And this airport is a very very busy and loud environment. I strongly recommend earplugs or headphones or whatever device Works to calm your child because it can not be eaisly stated how different and overwhelming it can be to be in this environment.
