How convenient does it get? It could be a little less expensive but they do offer discounts after you've made your first reservation. It was very clean. I felt safe even at 2:00 a.m. Leaving the terminal, it was a little bit confusing to find the Blue tram connection. The signage was not easy to follow. Tram is on Level 5 of garage and Level 3 of terminal. Allow 20 to 30 minutes for the transfer to terminal process. There's a large disabled parking area that had plenty of spaces available. Easy peasy as it should be.

I was really scared to park my new car at the airport and read the reviews for SFO Long-term parking and risked it. I have to say it is pretty good. The only downside is that the parking does get full fast and can be pretty pricey. I love that they had a charging station to park my Tesla while I was away so that it wouldn't die. Another downside is that it is kind of difficult to get to this building, especially with all the recent detour and road closures. Other than that, if you don't mind spending the money and are able to find a spot, it is a great alternative. I love that the blue line takes you straight to the airport now. This does add on about 20 to 30 minutes, so plan accordingly.

Cheap parking and amazing customer experience. Their website is really easy to use to book parking in advance and I was able to quickly make modifications (like changing my license plate number) online. The train from the SFO long term parking is reliable, free, and clean and takes you around the different terminals in 15-20 minutes. Every time I leave SF, I park my car here because it's cheaper and easier than any parking garages in the city.

The Long term lots are nice, but signage is very, very much lacking. We missed our flight because of confusing directions over available spaces (blocked off spaces even though we were directed to those spots with green lights nest to them, and blocked off ability to go to different floors), poor to nonexistent directions to the entrance to the elevators for the airport tram that was in a separate building. Really, really awful experience.

Very safe, security guard on the scene and all the shuttle drivers are very friendly and helpful, I leave my car parked there for 10 days at a time, no one bothered us or my cars, make sure you keep your receipt
