Just ask the hundreds of homeless persons camping around there....be careful when you hit the trails, oddballs and tweekers are abundant but mostly harmless..a great place to take preadolescent kids and show them first hand the real end result that methamphetamine abuse can produce in its wake....real live zombie film at times in the summer...too bad...
It's over run by the Homeless, the River is polluted cause of them.
