Is the farmers market opening even when it’s raining? Are some stalls close by any means?

They are here no matter rain or shine but sometimes couple of vendors not show up

Some may be not be there because of difficulty but most have shade and are fine and open

They still open up rain or shine.

Rain or shine. Last time we went at opening time and light rain, some vendors were running late due to rain. They were setting up when we left.
