They are a weird pep boys that seem to only do tires and rent cars to uber drivers through Hertz which is located inside and seems to be where most of the action was. But the Pep Boys seems to be in a transition period they don't seem to be in normal business operation. Edit: To clarify, I did not have a poor experience. They were nice to me,

I was actually doing business with the Hertz Car Rental inside the Pep Boys Store. But besides this store in tear down restoration mode..I still went inside. To the absolute worst customer service I ever experienced in a car rental agency. I even had a reservation, spent $60 dollars on a Uber, cause they said they were out of cars. Told me I should of called ahead. So what was the confirmed reservation about? Total bad attitudes everywhere, you can tell they were not trained properly. Stay away from this location and this store!! It seems that bad attitudes are contagious!!

Poor customer service. Went to the their Cerritos branch for Oil change appointment. The customer assistant sat there on phone talking for 10 mins and then went inside to the garage and never came back. I waited there for 20 mins and left without oil change. What a waste of time.
