They need to hire more employees to keep the store clean. And do everyone a favor and add at least 4 more cashiers. Management could not even take care or resolve a simple customer service issue. This store and company really do disappoint.

At about 1:20pm on June 4th the manager "Darnell" light skin tall guy with blonde locs was extremely rude. Line was nearly out the door and when i asked him if he could ring up one more customer he scolded me and gave me a terrible attitude. I am here purchasing my daughters graduation outfit and i have spent so much money here and i can't believe the way I was treated by darnell. I asked his staff to confirm his name and they said they couldn't. Truly very poor customer service from a manager. My daughter left in tears. I called in to corporate and reported him and they never followed up.

They have the longest lines that move a costumer every 5 minutes. There is no quick in and out in this store. Be prepared to spend at least 30 mins in line on a Wednesday afternoon. Also i had 16 products i wanted to try on and they said 10 products at a time which i thought was fine. I asked if she could hold the items i thought fit and i didn’t need to try on and she said that she couldn’t and i could put them on a rack outside. Just as i thought would happen when i walked out, all my things were gone. I love the color choices and their selection of clothes. I don’t go often and every time i do, i get reminded why.

Amazing store with HUGE selection and the best part is its organized by price. We could barely get out of the store 😀 The mens side had some good stuff as well. We will be back here soon 😁
